Milwaukee, WI -  This complex factory with multiple additions was constructed starting in ca. 1870s with the last portion complete in 1912.

Preserve, LLC executed a comprehensive Exterior Condition Assessment with Exterior Restoration Component Cost Estimates, Character Defining Features Synopsis, Window Condition Survey, and established a Restoration Treatment Program.  As-built drawings were executed of the industrial steel sash windows in the 1911 building segment.  Phase One applications for the Federal and State Tax Credit for Income Producing Properties Applications and Administration were complete and submitted in 2014.
