Albert and Edith Adelman Residence

Fox Point, WI - Originally designed by infamous architect Frank Lloyd Wright and the Taliesin Fellowship in the Usonian Style, extensive restoration of this concrete block home was completed over 2012-13.  

Preserve, LLC's project role included completion of the Wisconsin Residential Historic Tax Credit submission; historic condition assessment, research, treatment option consulting, and masonry restoration project management. Other team partners on this project include Restoric, LLC, Marion, Inc., Historic Surfaces, LLC,  and The Kubala Washatko Architects, Inc.
